Die Konferenz bringt Expert*innen, politische Entscheidungsträger*innen, Gewerkschaftsvertreter*innen und Akteure der Zivilgesellschaft aus Deutschland, Europa und dem Globalen Süden zusammen, um den aktuellen Stand und die Zukunft der Sorgfaltspflicht im Bereich der Menschenrechte zu diskutieren. Im Zuge dessen werden wir die Umsetzung und die Auswirkungen des deutschen Lieferkettengesetzes und der EU-Richtlinie zur Sorgfaltspflicht für nachhaltige Unternehmensführung (CSDDD) untersuchen, die entscheidende Rolle der Gewerkschaften bei der Umsetzung beleuchten und Perspektiven zu Herausforderungen und bewährten Verfahren entlang globaler Lieferketten austauschen.
