Safer workplaces don't happen in isolation, but through dialogue / Transnationales Dialogforum

As part of our Multi-Stakeholder Partnership (MAP) on gender-equitable occupational safety and health, we cordially invite you to the transnational dialogue forum on November 4, 2026. Representatives from factories, labor unions, companies, and civil society in India, Indonesia, and Germany will come together to share experiences and lessons learned and to discuss next steps toward greater gender-equitable occupational safety and health.

In recent years, a set of measures for gender-equitable occupational safety and health at the factory level and beyond has been developed in both India and Indonesia and implemented in the first pilot factories. Initial evaluations have taken place in recent months, so the dialogue forum is now intended to provide a space to reflect on successes, challenges, and experiences to date in implementing these measures. Together, we want to discuss how these approaches can be further developed, adapted to other regions, and embedded in more companies and industries over the long term.

In addition to testimonials from various countries and perspectives, participants can look forward to interactive workshops where they can exchange ideas across national borders and jointly develop ideas for future collaboration.

Join us and play an active role in shaping the next steps toward healthy workplaces! #WorkersHealthMatters
