Staff structure The office currently employs 19 people on a part-time or full-time basis. In addition, there are honorary staff and interns – for example, multipliers on behalf of FEMNET e.V. conduct training courses with specially created modules at universities and schools or advise municipalities on fair public procurement. The seven board members perform their duties on a voluntary basis. Other members are also volunteers for FEMNET e.V. (lectures, event organization, information stands, etc.). 7./8. Origin and use of funds FEMNET e.V. is mainly financed by project-related grants, donations and membership fees. FEMNET e.V. uses the funds earmarked for material costs of project work, for campaign and public relations work and for the payment of employees. Donations are used according to their purpose.
