As a doctoral student at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, she conducts research on labour standards and the well-being of women workers in the clothing industry and brings over 12 years of experience in the areas of gender equality and human rights due diligence in global supply chains.

She's a Lay Assessor. She studied at the Department of Textile and Clothing Technology at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in Mönchengladbach, completed her Master's degree in Trade & Retail and has been working in various positions in the FEMNET team for several years.
She's an associate. After studying fashion and design management in Berlin and fashion science in Stockholm, she ran her own fashion label from 2018 to 2025. Her work focuses on weight discrimination and intersectional feminism.
