This webinar series reflects FEMNET's years of consulting work. On 08.10.2021 will be in The first webinar ‘Why sustainable public procurement is worthwhile?’ depicts the positions of public procurers, users of socially just workwear, civil society persons, public procurement experts and sewers of workwear. In Second webinar ‘What are the legal framework conditions for sustainable textile procurement??’ immediately after, it is about the structure and order of municipal procurement and public procurement law, the basic principles of public procurement. In addition, public procurement law offers opportunities to take social criteria and practical examples into account. On 11.11.2021 will be in third webinar ‘Step by step towards a sustainable textile tender“ looks at the measures taken by municipalities in which sustainable procurement operations have been carried out. What needs to be considered? What tips can help? Then it deals with The fourth webinar ‘Strategic considerations for sustainable procurement“ with the experience of different municipalities from the piloting of a sustainable procurement contract to a socially fair procurement system. This is where the diverse experiences of different actors come into play.
