Paradigm Shift is a private company registered since 2020 that is committed to strengthening human and labour rights.
Together with different actors, Paradigm Shift develops solutions to sustainably improve working conditions and strengthen the rights of employees. Paradigm Shift conducts cross-border research, training and consultation on social dialogue, human rights due diligence, participatory social audits, traceability in supply chains, gender, modern slavery, strategies for living wages, negotiations with trade unions/associations, and environmental and social risk management. Paradigm Shift focuses on the textile industry, but also has expertise in other supply chains/sectors such as natural stone, leather, tea, coffee, fisheries.
Paradigm Shift works primarily in India and Bangladesh with local offices in Kolkata, New Delhi, Tirupur, Ballikurava and Dhaka, but also implements projects in other countries such as Vietnam and Pakistan. Paradigm Shift has extensive experience working with workers, factory owners and political actors. Her work is characterized by participatory, dialogue-based approaches.

How FEMNET works with Paradigm Shift
