Working paper: An effective system for complaint and redress within transnational supply chains

This 27-page working paper is based on the research report ‘Out-of-court complaint mechanisms along global supply chains - Recommendations for institutionalisation, implementation and procedural design’ published in September 2021 on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection. It provides companies and corporate responsibility initiatives with concrete recommendations for institutionalisation, implementation, procedural design and the establishment of complaint mechanisms as learning systems, especially in supply chains for leather, leather goods and footwear. The working paper was developed by Prof. Dr. Ulla Gläßer and Helene Bond from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) on behalf of and in cooperation with INKOTA.
