Annual Reports Jahresberichte Annual Report 2020 FEMNET's work in 2020 was under the auspices of the coronavirus pandemic, both nationally and internationally. Corona forced us all into the home office and thus into a largely digital world of work. We quickly switched to online formats and continued many of the planned activities virtually. The coronavirus pandemic and its impact on the lives of thousands of textile workers in India and Bangladesh led us to a new area of responsibility in 2020. Thanks to the close exchange with our partner organisations, the alarming situation quickly became clear as early as March. That's why we immediately set up a Corona Emergency Fund - a novelty for FEMNET, as our field of work is not in emergency and disaster relief. Rather, we have always taken the approach of working together with our partners to achieve structural improvements and structurally improve working conditions in the producing countries.
