Curfews and the collapse of fashion markets have an immediate effect on the textile industry. Orders are cancelled, production decreases, workers are laid-off and entrenched and wages are no longer paid. The textile workers and their families are hit the hardest. They are not only exposed to an increased risk of infection but fear about their livelihoods and existence.
